Independence Public Library

This fund is devoted to supporting and developing the public library by acquiring books, periodicals, and other materials and technological equipment. Proceeds from the Mildred Kane Memorial Endowment Fund are dedicated to children's programs. Funds may also be used for equipment, personnel costs, and the development of adult and children’s programs.
